Our Story
Doré was born out of our shared passion and desire to treasure the simplest pleasures that life has to offer. We set out to reimagine how the products we discovered in our youth, handed to us by our mothers, exchanged with our friends and recommended by our mentors, could be revolutionized for today.
Our Products
Our products are simple and effective without harsh, sensitizing ingredients, allowing for a gentle repair and hydration of the skin while minimizing steps in your skincare routine. All products are suitable for sensitive skin and are formulated without parabens, silicones, sulfates, and 1,600+ other questionable ingredients for consumer health and safety.
Nature is important to us, which is why our products are manufactured with the environment in mind. We are constantly evolving our packaging to introduce refills and innovative materials to continue to do less harm. It's an on-going process and we're all about progress, not perfection.
About Garance
Our founder, Garance Doré, embodies French beauty for women all over the world. Born in Corsica, Garance grew up dipping in and out of the sea and running wild in nature. She established her career, and creative spirit, in Paris before moving to New York to become internationally recognized for her illustrations, street style photographs and writing.
Garance has returned to her French roots, and has merged her love of simplicity and nature with a want to deliver clean, gentle, and effective Made-in-France skincare for everyone. The next iteration of Doré was born because Garance believes life isn’t meant to be spent in front of a mirror.
