Designer Batsheva Hay isn’t your typical Upper West Side mom. Well actually, in a lot of ways, she is—she can often be found pushing a stroller through Zabar’s in Birkenstocks or strolling through Central Park, carrying a New Yorker canvas tote.

So that happened! Yep. I got married. We all knew it was coming. It’s been coming for almost two years, but on September 15th, it happened. Josh and I finally tied the knot, as they say. I have so much to tell you, I don’t even know where to begin. So just bear with me because this post may be windy and emotional and loooong, but there’s just so much to tell!

A few months ago The New Yorker ran a cartoon series about sex I can’t stop thinking about. I’ve never seen the strange and yet common nature of sex so hilariously and accurately described.

I am a pro at agonizing over the tiniest (yes, but also the biggest) decisions. From having a baby, buying a house, to which salad to get at the restaurant. Also, once I have ordered, it is entirely possible that I actually prefer what’s on my companion’s plate. It’s been one of the big issues of my life, as many of close friends can attest. It ended up becoming a problem, and I ended up having to address it.
